Saatchi & Saatchi appoints Talia Handler executive VP

Saatchi & Saatchi New York has hired Talia Handler, formerly of Deutsch New York, as executive vice president and group account director charged with handling its Chase account. Handler will report directly to Saatchi & Saatchi chief executive Brent Smart. At Deutsch, Handler had the same title, and worked on the agency’s Microsoft and Jägermeister businesses.

In case you didn't hear, the FCC voted in favor today of enforcing "net neutrality," by regulating the internet the same way as the telephone, and wanting to ban business practices it decries as being "unjust or unreasonable," which is very vague and open to interpretation and will totally work. Har har har.

Bazillion Pictures' 3D Projection Mapping Makes 'The Monument Come Alive' - And Takes Home Two Gold ADDYs & A TELLY

Union Station’s Beaux-Arts facade was transformed into a canvas for a 3D projection mapping video that was the centerpiece for the iconic Kansas City building’s centennial celebration,entitled, ‘The Monument Comes Alive.’ Bazillion Pictures created the 3D animation, visual effects and motion graphics for the project, and crafted the multitude of digital assets into a spectacle of imagery, color and light that tells the story of this architectural landmark and how it adapted and persevered through a tumultuous century.

SuperPowers NYC’s Angelina Powers and KC Gulino’s focus will be on new East Coast advertising projects in fashion and beauty, where Sonzero has gained international acclaim, and other genres and product categories, including lifestyle, comedy and automotive.

MNSTR brings Lacoste to life

Centering around the brand theme "elegance is victory," Paris-based digital agency MNSTR created a special collector’s book called “A History of Tennis and Elegance.” Co-authored by Adrien Bosc, Editor of Desports magazine, the book comes to life with the help of your mobile phone. In addition they are also telling the story via Instagram, with the help of photographer Sam Hofman and Set Designer Andrew Stellitano. Check out this Instagram loop, directed by Romain Laurent. It was shot in L.A. at the James Goldstein House.
