Calgary Farmers Market - Cow, Rooster, Pig (Snow angels)

Hmmm. Snow angels made by a cow, a pig and rooster. Sadly, at first glance on the cow one I thought we were dealing with a mutant naked man. Oi. I need sleep.

Jägermeister - It runs deep - (2012) print

"Give it a shot". Really? This is the headline you come up with for a booze that is only served in shot-form? Jägermeister seems to be a difficult client, all over the map in what they approve. My guess is that the brief contained the words "Increase trial consumption".

Breaking nationally on Monday 26th November, ‘It Runs Deep’ celebrates the deep and meaningful bonds experienced between true friends and brought together through Jägermeister. The ethos also links directly back to the product and its depth – the legend of St. Hubertus, the brands heritage, the alchemy of the secret ingredients, its ice cold serve and its multi layered and complex taste that all runs deep.

BETC + Violence Against Women = Huh?

To bring attention to the fact that 122 women died last year in france as a result of domestic violence, French agency BETC came up with some head scratching ads for feminist organization Ni Putes, Ni soumises. Which translated, means Neither Whores Nor Submissives. The ads were launched in advance of International Day For The Elimination Of Violence Against Women.

As for the ads, all I can say is: huh?
