As many of things that will succeed, many will also fail; a constant learning and development struggle facing many companies. There are many alternative solutions to memos and e-mails that can improve communication within a company. What communication methods have you used in the past that have been proven to not be effective? The question is not to ask what we did to that made us fail, but also why and how it did.

There are many risk involved with changing the lines of communication within a company. Some ways can be very costly due to training along with the chance of the new communication tools not being used properly. How can a company in today technological age find a way to save money and improve communication?

Both technology and communication have one very important common factor there are constantly new ways being discovered on how to improve them, both also need to be controlled and properly used. Bringing the two together would allow for a limit on what is being communicated along with the amount of technology being used. Digital signage has both those factors it allows for technology to be used and controlled by not allowing it to be taken advantage of. It shows information that is vital for word to spread. What type of digital signage would be most effective for a company to enhance communication? How would a company go about implementing it and at what time? Also, would a company rather set it up themselves with what is being displayed or tell the digital signage company what they required to be presented on it?
