Sigh. It*s a sad day for the industry when the ability to use a VCR will get you a masters degree in marketing.

If you have a PC, you can usually save the ads by right clicking the Quicktime window and selecting "Save as Quicktime Movie".

If you have a Mac, you would have to use Netscape and after viewing a commercial, go to the Desktop Menu and FIND, FILE "cache". You will then see a bunch of files with the name cache. One of them would be the commercial you just viewed. You just have to rename the file and make sure it has the .mov extension.

Good luck transfering these commercials to a VHS tape. The commercials in adland were created specifically to be small to allow fast viewing. They get pixilated if you try to view them on the big screen!

It happensa that I am taking a masters degree in marketing and I need to present some ads in VHS format.

I have solved the problem from taking them from a CD in mov extension to a VHS, but I cant find the way to save them to my hard drive.

Anyone can help me?
