giant cell phone commercial?

Whats the commercial where theres a dude on the side of the street and he*s talkin on a HUGE cell phone then yells into it saying "YOUR CRACKING UP" or something... maybe its your BREAKING up but i forgot. any help? thanks!

I knew I recognized that - It's not actually an advert - it's trigger happy TV! Dom Joly is the geezer screaming into the giant cell phone. Also a good one, the cell phone in an art gallery...
