WharGoul, You aint the only one convinced that is Christian Slatars voice. General buzz has people guessing all over the web that it is indeed him - als, I've found no 'real' news or tradepress sites bragging about him VOing a Panasonic ad.

It's a funny thing that, when companies pay big bucks for a famous voice and then

don't

press release the hell out of it. Sometimes this is because the actor/actress doesn't want to be so linked to X product.

What I don't get is, why do the VO in the first place then, If the star doesn't want to lend their fame to X brand. confused

So, eh, If it helps any at all, I think it sounds like him too. Can't confirm it from a trade-source though.

yeah it does sound like him....but then they might have wanted a *slater-esque* voice, too.

which opens up a whole can of worms, too...

tom waits once successfully sued because some company used a tom waits impersonator (??!) in one of its commercials, and didn*t say didn*t say so in the legalese. (celebrity voice impersonated)

i*m kind of surprised about that...

but it reminds me, there are a series of radio spots going on in atlanta for a strip club that completely rips off seinfeld.

Their is a new Panasonic Plasma Tv Commercial..

the Va Va Va Voom one..

Their is a Voice over actor in it..

I*m CONVINCED it*s Chiristian Slater..

The rest of my house ain*t too keen on that idea.. cry

Does anyone know where i can get any kind of info on who actually did the voice over acting for that commercial..

Any help would be appreciated..
