Hungry? In Cannes? *after midnight*? Deutsch LA to the rescue with Cannes Has Pizza

Cannes has Pizza is this weeks must-have app as Deutsch LA is arming scooter-riding iphone-carrying pizza-saviors and sending them to Cannes. They'll be delivering 1800 slices of the best pizza you'll never remember throughout the week, Tuesday-Thursday nights, going from 12-2 am. Like any brilliant idea best suited for drunken souls, this one was conceived of at 5 in the morning in Cannes, as Jeff Sweat was trotting up and down the croisette desperately searching for food. Cannes may have that free-flowing pink Evian in abundance, but food after midnight is a lot harder to find.

SXSW will have free bikes that tweet where they are.....

Razorfish have made tweeting bikes for SXSW. The sleek bikes have their own GPS devices that will transmit location data of their whereabouts to Razorfish's social media team. The 20 bikes have individual Twitter ID's, WyattTheBike a Texan bike y'all, VivianTheBike, KenTheBike and PennyTheBike for example, and will tweet in its own personality. They can tweet where they are, about the weather, where they've seen what foodtrucks and random localized talk. If they're stolen they will tweet "RIP" and sign off.

D&AD White Pencil Winner's 2012 - Leo Burnett Chicago for Recipeace

The first D&AD White Pencil was awarded last night by an esteemed panel of judges at the Royal Institution in London. Steve Hayden, Martin Puris, Jim Riswold and John Webster inducted in the One Show Hall of Fame

The One Club Hall Of Fame are adding four names to their notable list of legends in advertising and design. Much kudos to Steve Hayden, Martin Puris, Jim Riswold and John Webster who will be inducted in the Creative Hall of Fame at a black-tie event on January 22, 2013 in New York City. John Webster will be honored posthumously. Thank you for the smash mash, John.

Wieden + Kennedy's "Best job" is the best job says the big fat Emmy award it just received

Wieden + Kennedy's Portland office just won an Emmy award for Procter & Gamble's emotional mom-centered Olympic spot "Best Job" created out of Anonymous Content and directed by Alejandro Gonzalez-Inarritu. Weiden was also nominated for Chrysler's "Halftime in America" starring Clint Eastwood riffing off Reagan, directed by Chelsea Pictures' David Gordon Green.
