Santa Monica and Melbourne-based visual effects studio Luma has hired Ella Keeven as Head of Marketing. Keeven brings over ten years of experience marketing companies and brands in the creative and innovation industries, giving her the expertise to further develop Luma’s stature in the worlds of feature films, advertising, and original content creation. Most recently, Luma has further diversified its offering with the launch of Luma Labs, a venture capital arm geared at incubating and accelerating notable startups.
Keeven joins Luma from The Mill where she oversaw all communications for the New York studio. In her new role at Luma, Keeven will take the lead on developing a comprehensive marketing strategy in alignment with Luma’s business goals and identifying high-profile opportunities to advance the company’s world-class talent and creative work.
Keeven will work closely with Luma’s creative and executive management teams to promote the company’s inimitable culture and growing presence within the ever-evolving creative and technological spheres.
