Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne did this crazy little pillow-case stunt down under. Wanna sleep resting your head on kitty-doo-doo?
These pillowcases were placed in hotel rooms at a pet care trade conference. As Catsan Crystals wasn’t one of the main products to be featured, our task was to ambush the conference with a memorable idea that highlighted the product benefit of ‘maximum odour control.’

Nice media idea but not much relevance. Sure I understand the connection between the pet conference and the product and the tag line. But why on the pillow?

Makes a bit more sense rather than the average hotel visitor coming across these.

PermalinkA pillow full of kitty litter might make sense to those who tend to drool in their sleep. (Wipes mouth, tries to look innocent.)
But I think I'd prefer to rest my head on the... er... less graphic side.
