Considering everyone I know is interested in buying a home right now, this spot has no shortage of human truths. It's a twenty-four hour a day ritual. The couple is cast well, although I can't quite figure out why the guy makes a painful noise while getting a pedicure at the end.
Either way, this spot for Trulia demonstrates its purpose in helping you during that oh-co-crucial time of house hunting. And at least the mobile devices are integrated nicely into the story so it doesn't seem gratuitous that they switch from phone to tablet. I do long for the moment when we can all assume an app works across all devices so we can dispense with that part of the story telling.
