LURZER’S INT’L TV ARCHIVE MAGAZINE/DVD TO LAUNCH IN AMERICA

New York, NY – July 20, 2003 - The publisher of Lürzer’s Int’l ARCHIVE Magazine (Ads & Posters Worldwide) has just announced that it will be making a considerable commitment in the US market by introducing it’s sister publication, Lürzer’s Int’l TV ARCHIVE, Commercials Worldwide and DVD.

Lürzer’s ARCHIVE is a world-renowned publication that showcases outstanding print and poster advertising from around the world and has become an indispensable reference tool for advertising creatives everywhere. Now Lürzer’s Int’l TV ARCHIVE will target new and existing readers who are leaders in the US commercial film industry. Published four times annually, through the European office, the magazine and DVD features in-depth articles and spots picked by Archive’s editors. These outstanding and sometimes unusual TV commercials from around the world are an invaluable resource and inspiration for those in the industry. Lürzer’s ARCHIVE have been available worldwide since 1985 while
TV ARCHIVE has been available internationally (Non-US) since 2001.

The total worldwide circulation of ARCHIVE (print ads) is 40,000 while TV ARCHIVE varies from issue to issue. The upcoming issue, Volume 3/2003, to be published September 2003, will be given free to US subscribers of ARCHIVE, for a total circulation of 11,000. About Walter Lürzer
Before forming Lürzers International Archive in 1984 Mr. Lürzer was a Creative Director for Young & Rubicam and Ogilvy and Mather. Later he worked as Managing Partner of TBWA, Lürzer, Conrad & Leo Burnett and LOWE, LURZER. He is currently Professor at University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria as well as a member of the University’s Board of Directors. Most recently, Mr. Lürzer acquired sourcebook publisher, American Showcase, under the newly formed New York based Amshow + Archive, Inc.

ah, naturally, my bad. I've bought the german language one and have a few pals in uk that send me the english version. Now I might be able to get it in my local Boston newsstand.
