Electronic Arts is attempting to steal away geeky employees from their smaller competitor Radical. Using a large billboard with the message "char msg[] = {78,111,119,32,72,105,114,105,110,103,0};"
(which translates to "now hiring"), the larger company openly admits it is attempting to siphon workers.
