Alright. You know it's going to be a crazy election this year when you have Snoop Dogg telling you to vote!

Snoops right y'all. If you can vote you should vote.

Good move for Burger King.

Maybe he's lobbying for medicinal marijuana?

There are a couple more over at www.haveityourway04.com. P.Diddy (Puff Daddy, Sean Combs, or whatever name he's going by these days), Michelle Branch and Ted Nugent are also in spots urging people to go vote.

BK's press release states: "While the ads are not specifically designed to be Public Service Announcements, some cable networks are providing free airtime to run them as PSAs.
Some (ads) are directed by Paul Hunter, the nation's hottest music video director, who, along with the artists, donated his time to support this effort."

A darn smart connection between the brand positioning and voting.

Gee, I dunno. Not to wax political or anything, but it's not exactly like the choices in this election are particularly, uh, exciting. It's less about having it "your way" and more about compromising - the lesser of two evils, as it were, or the evil of two lessers. Is that how I should think of Burger King? That I can have only what they're willing to give me rather than what I really want?

Where have you gone, Lyndon LaRouche, our nation turns its lonely eyes to you. . . woo woo woo.

It's such a good tie-in to their tagline.
