I like the F inside the B idea in the new logo, and the new logo feels more appropriate for clothing than the old red one which could be for anything, and is frankly already very outdated.

it's a gift. Also, I never worked in Pittsburgh, I just was born there.

How does such a great CD have so much free time to be snarky?

I know it has to be very hard to make television ads and as they go, this is a bit more bearable than most. (TG for the pause and fast forward functions). But the squeaky 'full on goslings' really grates. That's just my own view.

Then they did a poor color pass on it, I guess.

This was filmed entirely on my block in Brooklyn, and all of the houses on-screen (including my own) are in the right place. This is not green-screened, as strange as the lighting is.

You guys are worried about the green screen?? Never mind that, listen to the kid speak. It's almost as if the writers of the script wrote this to accentuate the kids lisp. I had to call an ambulance the first time I saw this because I couldn't breath from laughing so hard!

That was a pretty excellent execution idea for fashion. Basically taking George Michael's "Freedom" music video concept and putting it in a Karaoke machine video, using one of his earlier (and one of his most underrated) songs. Great way to get a dozen or so models into the ad in a plethora of different outfits. It all looked pretty good except for the gum-piercings on ombre asian girl.

😂 hahahaha walking talking brief - that's exactly it 😘 And yes it does look like greenscreen. Everything is off.

Was the scene where the "Stranger Things " kid is explaining fios in front of the "blurry house "green screen?"
The lighting looks very weird to be outdoors.
Thanks

Reply to: Gatorade - "Defeat" (2017) :60 (USA)
This commercial inspired me. Maybe I got it wrong, but if it motivated me...then that's not wrong. I tend to avoid "failure" or "defeat" for fear of screwing up; so, I'm too afraid to try. I gathered this commercial was trying to say, "try your hardest to not fail(again)," or maybe, "try until your body has been defeated." To me it's saying to ebrace failure. You can't get defeated or achieve failure unless you try. You don't lose unless you try to win. If you don't try, that's true failure. So now I embrace the possibility of screwing up. I'm tired of avoiding and overthinking the possibility doing something wrong or not good enough. I needed this commercial in high school...but better late than never. Now I can instill this in my kids as well myself, and friends and family who might struggle the same. So, thank you, Gatorade ad campaign!
