The super bowl 2016 was dubbed the "super bowel" when several constipation drug ads appeared in the commercial breaks. In this one a man has a case of envy as his opioid constipation‎ is different from other constipations, where his insides are as slow as a snail. He feels hope at the end of the end, so much so that he can even take a fleeting moment to smile a pretty lady, but as she walks away with toilet paper stuck to her shoe... Well, he's reminded once again he needs to sort out that opioid constipation. People were stumped that this could afford a 60 in the super bowl, but I guess if you want to reach everyone who could possibly be on pain management....
