CANAL decided to end the year with a bang. This is the final rebranding effort of 2016 and possibly the best ad of the year out of BETC. It's really quite a simple idea, what are the French most known for? Their love of art, and fashion? No no no. Their knack for philosophical arguments, politics and world renowned football? Wrong again. Their passion for food. Yes! So here we have a french kitchen, with french chefs doing French cuisine of a very different kind. A tub of Caviar is actually filled with football players. A vegetable basket has animated characters in it. Jars on shelves contain action movie explosions, while a box bursts open to send a cops and robbers car chase along the steel counter. Yes, it's all the channels that Canal offers under their brand, blended together for the perfect meal made just for you. Really nicely done grating down that police car, old chap.
