Air New Zealand - The Bear Essentials of Safety - (2013)

TV's beloved outdoorsman, Bear Grylls, appears here in "the first ever"* flight safety video that's been filmed outside, in the glorious NZ countryside, to be specific.

But wait, there's more. There's a sweepstakes.

Carefully watch “The Bear Essentials of Safety”, then enter for a chance to win The Great Kiwi Bucket List: a trip for two from anywhere in the world to New Zealand. To enter, count how many scenes the Moa (the giant black bird) appears in before his true character is 'revealed'. Trip includes kayaking at Cathedral Cove, bungee jumps at Skipper Canyon, swimming with dolphins in Doubtful Sound, watching the first world's first sunrise of a new day at Wainui Beach and more.

Huby Harton does Southern Comfort Irish Style (2013) spoof

Huby Harton does Southern Comfort Irish Style (2013) spoof

Huby Harton does a spoof of the Southern Comfort Beach ad, but on a cold beach in Ireland. Where nipples are hard, mens legs are pale, beach bums sleep in thermo-wear and even that wee dog looks like he's freezing his tail off. Props for the nice touch with the rainbow too. This is all set to the song "Ghost Riders in the Sky", sung by Huby Harton. You can pick up Huby Harton's Irish Country and Western album anywhere and the ladies who did this spoof at Tailored Films.

Grey Poupon - The Lost Footage Trailer - (2013) :30 (USA)

CP+B just dug up some old footage and discovered that the story didn't end after the "pardon me, do you have any Grey Poupon?" Nope. Obviously we can't let that man simply drive off with the precious yellow Grey Poupon.

Now, this is just a thirty second teaser, the film will be available on http://greypouponchase.com/ in 4 days - because the Oscars are boring and you will want to force-interrupt that by seeking out an actual commercial. Or so goes the logic?

KLM "Must See map" (2013) :45 (Netherlands)

KLM "Must See map" (2013) :45 (Netherlands)

Dutch agency Code d'Azur and KLM have a fun idea. The Must See Map. Instead of asking the twitterverse and Facebook, etc for tips on where to go see and do on your next vacation, you can ask your friends, they'll answer via the same channels, and then KLM will send you a personalized map with your friends' recommendations instead.

Since the personalized map takes three weeks to arrive this does not allow for spontaneity in vacationing. However, there's always this thing called Yelp which is what you're already using anyway.
