odd trivia, you know that cheez whiz has Milk Protein Concentrate in it? it sounds like the process used to make Fjällbrynt 'soft whey butter' which is a staple of the tall scandinavian kids' diets since the dawn of time or whnever the heck we invented that stuff. Mmm, whey butter. I'll be right back, gotta get some.
