The French campaign for Evian have been cgi-ing babies into doing crazy stuff for over ten years now. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, I guess.

Yep. I know the campaign has been running for quite some time, and this one in particular is showing up all over the web, but I never did like the cgi-babies.
