The selling point of HBO Go in this campaign isn't that you can watch HBO wherever you want to, but instead, you can get away from your depraved, stupid, Middle American parents who regret their lives and won't shut up while you watch your favorite show.

I guess HBO's completely written off an older segment because if I were the father's age, I wouldn't be interested in buying anything that has such comic disdain for me.
But HBO don't care. Neither does the editor who felt like the director's cut of this spot was the way to go. Seriously guys, we got the joke after thirty seconds. it didn't get funnier as it went on and on.
