Mattel Scrabble - Letters and People / Meet P (2012) :30 (USA)
Aaah, P. She's a peach. A painter. A prim little lady. She's the kind of girl you'd take to a dance, just to have her punish you. Wait, what?

I can see what fun the comedians will have reinterpreting this ad for a television audience. Here is what is strange; I was actually looking for dating and relationship sites to comment on when this popped up in the results!
The advert? It seems a little bit of a throwback in style. The humour is hardly rip roaring and I doubt it will appeal to anyone outside of Ned Flanders.
Will it remind people that scrabble is still about? Yes. Will it bust open any new avenues? No.
Dating by the way is a miserly 8 points in Scrabble!
Cheers
Lyndon
