WHY? Thanx in advance. Aug 28, 2004 Dabitch reply You lack the Quicktime Plugin - or it's not playing nice with the browser you are currently using. Read more about the plugin in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or simply head over to Apple.com/quicktime to download your free copy of said plugin. You are commenting in a super-adgrunt-only area (where non-supers can't even visit) so logically it's your plugin and not your upgrade that is a problem. Aug 28, 2004 AnonymousCoward (not verified) reply Sure do wish other media players were available. I think if you pay $2.50 (American dollars) that I shouldn't have to reconfigure my computer. I have Windows media player as my default player. Kinda sucks. I understand the "donation" but Quick time isn't the only thing out there, why won't it play on other players. Oct 27, 2004 Dabitch reply We do make it quite clear that this is a Quicktime only site from the start, all over the front page. (and the FAQ and everywhere else) Some people actually prefer Quicktime and seek this site out because of the Quicktime. I'm not quite understanding that whole default-player thing you describe either, in my browser, I can play any media there is, because I have all plugins available installed. There is no "default". Oct 27, 2004 AnonymousCoward (not verified) reply Hi! I'm new to the site. I do have Quicktime on my comuter, but I don't seem to be able to get this clip to download onto my computer. Is there a way to do this so that I don't have to be connected to the web in order to play this commercial? Aug 30, 2006 AnonymousCoward (not verified) reply It may be necessary to have the "premium" version of Quicktime, not just the free one. I just "right click" and "save movie as"..... Sep 01, 2006 Dabitch reply It may be neccisary to Read the FAQ which has an entire section devoted to this question and quicktime in general! Weeeeee! :)) Both Quicktime Pro and non-pro solutions listed. Sep 01, 2006 AnonymousCoward (not verified) reply just another newbie trying to be helpful.....sorry! Sep 02, 2006 caffeinegoddess reply Don't be sorry clio...dabitch was replying to the original question, not your response. :) Sep 02, 2006 Leave a comment Your name E-mail The content of this field is kept private and will not be shown publicly.
