i thought this commercial was funny but it could be disturbing as the kid gets sucked into the bottle.

Well... yeah, of course it's disturbing. That's what kind of what makes it appealing. It'd be boring if he just... finished the drink.

One of the best Superbowl ads ever, hands down. Complicated ("disturbing", "grusome"?) effects; simple message.

Don't forget "grotesque"!

But when a commercial starts out that boring, you know something outrageous is going to happen.

I was definitely disturbed by this commercial as a kid. I was four at the time, which is still an age when you don't always understand fiction from reality. I remember being so worried about how the boy would get out, or if he was trapped in there forever, but of course I didn't talk with any adults about it because I think I was at my uncle's house and just happened to see it on TV.
