83% of the lights have gone out in Syria in the past four years. It's quite the sad film showing just how much has changed in four years. And sadly, how little. Unit 9 and the awesomely named agency Don't Panic created this PSA for With Syria, made up of a coalition of 130 NGO's across the world, with a petition to turn on the lights. I'm all for it. And while they're turning on the lights, maybe they can stop killing their own people.
