Brazilians love their barbecues. A good churrascaria is an all day affair and the grill tender is an artist. there s a lot of reverence involved. So it makes sense someone would write the Barbecue Bible. And that someone was kitchen supply company Tramontina.

Fun idea, creating a book made of charcoal and paper to use as a fire starter. But there's also a page made of salt, a sharpening page, a wooden cover to use as a chopping board, and an apron.
