I like it - and since it seems that votes only count from the Canneslions youtube page, I went over there to give you a thumbs up.
What I like is the idea of using youtube, the 'media' where these ads will be seen and youtubes quirks in delivering your message. That's a good idea. Now to what I don't like: The text on top, and the banner ads appearing on the bottom could have been better, both of them. It's a great idea, I think you might have needed a little more time to finetune it though. Top talks about water shortage, bottom banner ads talk about swimming pools - so far so good, it should have just been more so.
