Yahoo launched their new "anthem" advert globally on air and online in September 2009. Like all other "anthem" adverts before it, it contains beautiful imagery like women in ball gowns in deserted landscapes, rallying music, confetti, people of all ethnic groups smiling, the dash of colorful and exotic that is India, Japanese neon for that extra international high tech flavor and in the end it makes no sense at all. But it sure was pretty, right?
