In the bathroom at night, Britta asks Claus not to speak on the phone constantly, and he replies "I totally understand"... to whomever he's speaking on the phone with.
Britta and Claus are ordinary people, living their ordinary lives with the villa, the volvo and the TDC telecom provider, just like the rest of you folks in suburbia. Britta loves gardening because it's relaxing, and Claus because he makes her laugh. Claus loves pulling pranks and BBQ. The campaign website was blocked or down soon after the ad launched, and the ad was scrubbed off youtube right quick. On the question why the campaign-site went dead the chairman of the Association, Jan Schwertner avoided the question. "The message is clear. Anyone who can understand the message, including this campaign. The campaign is now underway, we'll see what happens in the near future," said Schwertner.
The reason I am not listing this in the 2009 Super Bowl XLIII commercials topic is because the ad will not run during the bowl, so historically it would be incorrect to label it a superbowl ad.
