Unfortunately, the deal to air a Universal Pictures produced TV spot just went bust.

No, this time the culprit wasn't a network Standards and Practices Board. It was another guardian of public morals, the Motion Picture Association of America. Not only do they rate movies, they also have the power to approve movie marketing materials. Here's why they bagged the condom spot.
