This is an ad, recently awarded at a festival for new creative ideas. But I thnk I have seen it somewhere before. Can you help me and remind me where ?

Is that a bike with a fake car (and passenger) around it? What's the selling point in that? Hybrid car?

Yes, it is a bike with a cardboard car, in this case - Renault Clio

I've seen something where you can "try out" a nice expensive car (maybe a Jaguar? Something pricy anyway) by posing in a cardboard cut-out. But not a cardboard cutout around a bike like that.
