Some agencies have a designed page, asking you to get flash, some even have a wee mobile page that shows you sparse info, like the locations said agency available, but the vast majority of hip ad agency sites simply have the tiny blue "plugin missing" symbol and nothing else.

Aw, that's kinda sad. Quick, if your agency is on there, grab the chance to redesign the whole thing!
