As if Martha Stewart's nightmare can't get any more worse...it is.

"The new "Martha In The Box", instant cake mix will feature several specialty instant cake mixes, with a twist. For a limited time, specially marked boxes will include one collectible bastard file."

As part of the national marketing blitz campaign, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia will also hold their first annual, "Martha Out Of The Box", instant cake mix bake-off competition, judged by none other than Martha Stewart herself.

Great Idea actually.

But Martha needs not to do anything - as sales of Martha Stewart merchandise largely unaffected by her legal woes, apparantly.

from visual store: Martha Stewart's legal difficulties have had little impact on sales of her merchandise lines at Kmart, the retailer reports. In a quarterly filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Troy, Mich.-based discount retailer said despite Stewart's indictment on stock-trading charges earlier this month, "we have not experienced any significant adverse impact from this matter on the sales of her brand product lines."
