Singaporean Minister visits D&AD Congress in London

Dr Lee Boon Yang, Singapore's Minister for Information, Communications & the Arts paid a visit to D&AD's Congress at Old Billingsgate in London on Tuesday: It was the fourth week of the D&AD New Blood exihibition. (more inside)

Michael Hockney gave the Minister a tour of D&AD New Blood - one of the largest annual exhibitions of graduating students work in design, advertising and visual communications. Minister Lee then provided the opening comments at D&AD's President's Forum on Creativity in Asia. The panel included Dr Milton Tan of the SingaporeDesign Council, Tian It Ng of McCann-Erickson Singapore, Roy Poh of Kinetic Singapore, Victor Ng and Jon Loke of Mother London, and Alison Harley, Dean, Faculty of Design, LASALLE-SIA College
of the Arts Singapore.

"We were honoured to welcome Minister Lee and the panel to week four of D&AD Congress,' said D&AD Chief Executive Michael Hockney.
"This visit indicates D&AD's commitment to support creative communities and to enable the sharing of ideas across a global market."
