Yep, that's a martian alright - the one above looks like a green Darth Maul too.
Although nicely done, I must say it's nowhere near as good as the print execution of the same ad and idea. I wonder though, which did Erik Vervroegen and his team think of first, the TV or the print.
I wonder if they got permission to use the martian head from Mars Attacks!, a Tim Burton film, or if they just ripped him off. Look at the lower left corner of the shelf at 0:16--that is most definitely one of the Martians.
