Hmm. The votes should be counted wherever the ads are put - else that's ripe for several layers of holy-cow-unfair. Views should be counted from wherever as well. (But I don't know, these are wild guesses)

I take all of that back!. Yeah, just went to do some voting, and it seems that one can ONLY vote from the actual front page of the Canneslions thing.
