Matchbox ad larger than life

Matchbox have fun with their ads - here's one that I particularly like which is currently running in Denmark.

Opel Zafira - Sleepy ride lullaby / Tom Waits (2005) :30 (Denmark)

Opel Zafira - Sleepy ride lullaby / Tom Waits (2005) :30 (Denmark)

Tom Waits sues Opel over "voice theft" in advert, so clearly not everyone loved this lullaby.

Man fails at everything during date-night, because he has no Carlsberg.

Faxe - Faxe Light (Bleep) - (1992) 0:60 (Denmark)

Faxe - Faxe Light (Bleep) - (1992) 0:60 (Denmark)

Bland spokesperson is bland, explaining "as you probably know Faxe light is pretty much the same as Faxe BLEEP, there's pretty much no difference in taste..."

"In fact, Faxe light has all the same ingredients as Faxe BLEEP, just not the same amount of alcohol. So next time you fancy a Faxe BLEEP, but have to keep your head cold, have a Faxe light."

There's a point to all of this, you can not advertise the full-alcohol beer on TV or in the Cinema. So he's advertising Faxe Light (no alcohol).

Carlsberg - Svensker - (1992) 0:45 (Denmark)

Possibly my favorite Carlsberg ad ever. And I'm Swedish.

Scandinavians love to tease each other. The Swede (with the mullet-hairstyle that Danes insist every single Swedish man has) has to give an oath before the bartender gives him the beer.
