To show off the sleek Ikea range of furniture, and how you can organize your life better with a decent set of shelves, drawers and wall-mounted frames, Laboratory Ideas made an app that would organize your desktop. Once you have it, click "organize" and all those files carelessly strewn about your desktop will magically sort themselves into fancy bookshelves and filing cabinets.

Procter & Gamble's mobile banner ad will text your mum a thank you

Kirowski Isobar Budapest created a mobile ad that read "Three words we don't say enough: 'Thank you mom'", and when you tapped on it, it searched your phone for "mom, "mother", "Mum" and other variations to set up a text message to the lovely lady listed as your mom on your phone. Pretty clever, since so many people have mom listed as just that on their phone, though it would never work in mine where she's listed under "travel agent" with "guilt trips" as her speciality. P&G might be a bit cheeky here, as it reminds you to talk to your mom, but we can't say it's off-brief.

You can't be a major adsite without your own ad campaign, now can you? The people behind AdOfDaMont.com site are adgrunts like you and me, so they took this opportunity to make fun of those 'local clients' so often seen in major award books. Ten points for the animated face of the adgrunt-model.

See bigger images inside. In fact so big they break the current layout, but I just don't care right now, so there.

One of our submission emails had the subject: "gross tongue ad by Ogilvy Budapest". Gotta agree on the gross... Two people kissing is one thing.... but here...The old "ball and chain" expression will never conjur up the same image for me again. But the overall art directions is quite nice.
