This radio spot from Ireland encourages you to pay for your radio license and avoid a huge fine. Because "watching TV in your underpants shouldn't be a crime." Hats off to Publicis Dublin for bringing the funny-- and to RTÉ for not being your typical Government stick-in-the-mud client.

"First world problem? yes. Costly one? You're damn right." This spot is encouraging young Irish men and women to pay the piper for their TV license, otherwise they're fined a crazy amount of dosh. Nice use of the word "Flamingo" in this one.

*cue sad piano* For just 13 Euro a month you can pay the gov't for your TV license. Because if you don't you'll be fined, or worse, end up like Jarleth here. Funny stuff.

This ad for road safety/anti-speeding is only aired after 9pm, because of its shocking conclusion. It starts out as an innocent fly on the wall in a classroom full of lovely little kids, and then follows them out on a class trip.

Hat tip to @Thesharkawards for this. Today on St Patrick's Day while everyone else is puking up green beer, Ireland is getting things done. It's quite the history lesson and display of economic prowess and cultural pride.

TG4 "The good guide to shaking hands good" (2013) 2:15 (Ireland)

Do they give out Oscars for best performance by a hand? I didn't think hand casting would be so important but damn. This spot is 2:15 seconds, and I stayed with it for nearly two minutes.
Because it's pretty freaking funny.

Oreo takes the Daily Twist to Ireland

Draft FCB has taken its award winning campaign "Daily Twist," to Ireland, specifically Dublin. The campaign builds off the same "turn an Oreo into anything," direction, with locales and events that are extremely specific to Dublin.
No James Joyce version? Y'all need to step up your game.
