The film was directed by award winning Director Adam Berg and highlights the journey of colour across the world as people and colour combine to regenerate public and private spaces. Each local community was engaged to transfer dull and grey spaces into something more interesting using Dulux colour paint. Further events are scheduled to take place around the world in the near future as part of Dulux’s ambition to ‘add colour to people’s lives’. Some interesting stats on the project are:
2150 litres of paint
42 paint brushes
188 Roller heads
95 painters and volunteers
For the first time ever, a commercial for unplanned pregnancy and abortion advisory services will be aired on British television. The commercial, to be screened first on Channel 4 at 10.10pm on 24th May 2010, is part of a new campaign by Marie Stopes International, the UKs leading provider of sexual health services outside of the NHS.
This historic ad is not without controversy, and will not air in northern Ireland due to legal issues says channel 4.
Millions of people in England, Scotland and Wales will be able to watch the commercial for Marie Stopes International on Channel 4 at 10.10pm tonight.
Holy wow, this new Nike ad is epic folks. In the split seconds of "almost a goal" we see the future, where fans rejoice, new workouts are modelled after players moves, babies are named after Wayne Rooney, and even the Queen pops in for a cameo. If they fail, their future is bleak. Watch as Cristiano Ronaldo, Didier Drogba, Wayne Rooney, Fabio Cannavaro, Franck Ribery, Andres Iniesta, Cesc Fabregas, Theo Walcott, Patrice Evra, Gerard Pique, Ronaldinho, Landon Donovan, Tim Howard and Thiago Silva, kick, dribble and pass the ball that can bring a nation eternal happiness, while bringing others to their knees.

When you daydream about conquests you'll never have, the no nonsense guy daydreams about ladies within reach. Just don't ever tell your significant other. The F-for-free card only ever applies to Hollywood stars or musicians, as you know that'll never happen. uncomfortable.....
ACTOR, writer and comedian Peter Kay reprised his role as John Smith’s No Nonsense man for the first time in five years yesterday (Sunday 2nd May).
Kay, who was the star of John Smith’s hugely-successful No Nonsense TV ad campaign from 2002 to 2005, is back to bring a smile to the face of Britain in the first of three new ads.
'George and Fred' is the story of an aged student creative team and their ongoing attempts to get a placement and secure their first job in advertising. The viral, shot by comedy and performance director Andy Welch includes a fruitless book critique with Graham Fink at M&C Saatchi’s Golden Square HQ followed by the line ‘Time to go to Watford?’
Creating for the rich (in brand value), as they give their creative skills away for the benefit of the poor is Robin of Shoreditch's new twist on an old idea. Using the free services around the web they've glued together robinofshoreditch.com, which uses justgiving to keep track of funds raised, Vimeo to keep track of ideas generated, and daytum to generate the graphs clients like.
Now all they really need is some kneecap-crushers to make the clients pay up for the ideas they're getting (unsolicited) from Robin of Shoreditch.
We’re Robin of Shoreditch, an anonymous group of creative outlaws looking to take from the rich and give to the poor. In this particular instance, the people of Haiti.
How? Well, we’re not rescue workers. And we’d be no good on a celebrity single. But what we can do is provide creative ideas that can add value to businesses and brands. So we’re providing every one of Brand Z’s Top 100 brands with just such a creative idea. In return, all we’re asking for is 1/10,000,000 (that’s one ten-millionth) of the value of those brands as a fee. Not for us. 100% of that fee will be going to the continued relief efforts in Haiti.
'George & Fred' includes a cameo from legendary Creative Director Graham Fink.
Becky's trip to Tom's house includes passing Snog-on-couch, I mean Stoke-on-Trent, and through the tunnel of love. I do wonder what she whispers in his ear when he meets her at the station. Something naughty, I'm sure.
Created for John Lewis by Adam & Eve, London, this advert follows a baby girl up to adulthood and into old age still buying her clothes from John Lewis. To be clear, this is the very unsympathetic customer they want, it seems. Did you guys listen to the lyrics before you chose this song? (inside)
Another ad wants to do the Honda Cog Rube Goldberg machine-thing, set in a gray warehouse much like in the film "The Way Things Go" (Der Lauf der Dinge). Will Google get sued by Peter Fischli and David Weiss like Honda did? Naah. I suppose a new trend of these types of ads will start again now, who will be the first to beat Guinness tipping point in budget?
In this spot directed by Rogue Films Sam brown for BBH London, classic style drag racing cars ate hell bent on crashing into our hero, the white Audi, but he just weaves his way to freedom with ease.
