In a perfect mockery of advertising business' favorite thing to (love)hate, combined with advertisings creative celebs, Cannes Lions spoof "excited execs in stock photography" as a campaign for the creatively rejuvenating workweek in Cannes. "You'll come back as pumped as a Stock Photo model". Oh this is good. So good. It's like a perfectly layered injoke cake, and the selling point is true.... Once the hangover wears off. A week in Cannes doesn't just offer countless interesting seminars and workshops that will retool your creative juices, there's also an excitement and buzz around the award and a week filled with good food and meeting creative people in the business. You'll come back tired, and in love with your chosen profession again.

Cindy Gallop, CEO make love not porn, throws paper all over the stock photographically clean office while flaunting her heels on the table. Laura Gregory, CEO Great Guns, and James Hilton CCO AKQA, are freaking out over an imagined growth curve. Chloe Gottlied, ECD R/GA , and Benjamin Palmer, chairman the Barbarian Group, synchronize power-jumping in front of flowcharts. Amir Kassaei, GCCO DDB, is power-punching the air. Sean Sim, ECD Ogilvy, together with Ted Royer, CCO Droga5 are office-chair racing Angel Anderson, VP CP+B, down a cubicle hallway.

Why, it's so exciting, I could high five someone over the cubicle wall.
