Bula - Swedish for "bump (on the head)" - is a brand who decided to employ Goss ad agency, the guys who painted bikelanes on the highway, to do their ad campaign and this is the result.

Bula's ad answers the question "what do you need an ugly hat for..." with a suggestion to hide ugly hair. Oh yeah.
