When it's not raining cats and dogs, or frogs, it's RainingBuckets.com, who helpfully storm proofed some windows in rainy Seattle to get their message and URL out there. The storm is coming; the 2006 WNBA season is starting (and as I type this thunder just rumbled outside and I'm not kidding. Spooky!)
Sedgwick Rd. are the minds behind the campaign of which this window is just the beginning....
