That is pretty funny actually. Must be neat to be able to see him as a baby in a TV ad.

Wow. The best thing about Adland is finding comments like this. Thank you, "Joey's mom", for sharing. I'll keep an eye out for more acting work by you, Genevieve Hannon.

The way that they pretend this has nothing to do with LGBTQ+ inclusion (you should add that tag to the original article) is so disingenuous.

You should read Vic Day in Campaign magazine Why the new John Lewis ad made me wince
The spot sets out to land a deliberate message of LGBT+ inclusion, but leans on stereotypes to make this happen
We ALL knew this wasn't about a boy playing dressup when we saw the pink, blue and grey stripes - which is the trans flag.

Thank you I love this ad

Interesting music choice on this old ad

Hahaha, I remember this ad. "That was an awesome party" is my favourite line.

You "don't care" so much you wrote a comment. Okay, sure.

I think they did mislabel, in a very amateur way. It's entirely possible to get 28 million impressions per day if you have 6 million daily unique users. That's where they messed up, the_Donald might have messed up subscribers numbers, but they also have six million eyeballs a day.

This Dash Charge is pretty cool and there's some interesting info going on in this video to be fair. It's actually basic math and they talk about it like they reinvented the wheel or something, but come on, is this a commercial?
So the recipe for the best marketing is hiring a hot babe to recite something she memorized and wink in front of the camera. This is what the creative world is coming to? Really?

I don't think they were talking about pyramids.....
