That reminds me of this supposed photo contest website, where anyone who submits a picture of any sort is instantly declared a winner of some contest (with the goal of getting them to buy a cheaply produced photo book with their picture in it). Someone submitted a "lolcat" picture calling the website lying con artists, with the usual results.
