Jamie Foxx Goes All In For BetMGM

Most know Jamie Foxx as an award-winning actor, comedian, singer and all-around entertainer, but today, he’s placing his bets and going all-in with sports betting and online gaming platform BetMGM — even if that means asking some friends for tips or calling “cut” to check his winnings. The “Its On” multi-spot campaign, via agency 72andSunny, is directed by Peter Berg and edited by Jeff Ferruzzo. Sonic Union’s Steve Rosen and Michael Marinelli supported the high-energy, comedic spots with key sound design transitions and a mix as bombastic as the action.

“Pickleball” finds Barry Sanders enjoying the popular pastime. Suddenly, his court time is interrupted by a video call with Jamie, who interprets Sanders’ feedback on the match in progress for advice on sporting outcomes. “Tips” features an all-star roster of sports celebrities including Kevin Garnett, Wayne Gretzky, and Barry Sanders. In it, Jamie calls on his closest friends for betting tips - including sports analyst Jalen Rose - ultimately taking the advice of actress Vanessa Hudgens to simply go with his gut.
