Sapient has a new recruitment campaign called Troublemakers. They are on the hunt for creative unicorns who are still in advertising and haven't left this business yet. While this is a pan India campaign, some experiential installations will be living in all Sapient offices worldwide. I love the spirit of this idea. Although I have to say, a manifesto doesn't seem like the most groundbreaking way to tell that story. And maybe it's because I grew up with it, but when I hear "Troublemakers," I immediately remember Apple's iconic "Here's to the crazy ones," spot since it also used that word.
I also can't believe that spot is nearly twenty years old.
