The song, "We Belong" was a hit when Pat Benetar sang it in 1984, and I must say that the cover by Today Kid is the best part of the ad. Now sing along: We belong to the light, we belong to the thunder. We belong to the sound of the words we've both fallen under.
The 90 second version shows how they momentarily grow apart, but reconnect once in they're in College. Which makes the whole story make a lot more sense. It's beautifully told with visuals alone.
Trivia: that moment under the beautiful bridge is shot in Pasadena, California.
