It's not a terrible ad, I'll give them major points for using attractive older women in the ad. Gina Torres is the woman with the most star charisma in the show "Suits" and brings her A-game when dressing for the red carpet at all the award shows, I'm pretty sure she has millions of fans for her style alone. And who doesn't love Judge Judy slamming the hammer while berating fools in her courtroom? I plead guilty to having copied her on many occasions.
I hope this kind of idea is where the e.l.f brand continues, as recently ads on social media have felt like they were A-B testing different concepts.
