The Helsinki Regional Transport Authority wanted to encourage older people to start using the travel card. Problem was older people were afraid of using it, thinking it was difficult or they would be embarrassed trying to suss it out. So Our favorite Finns at 358 created a campaign to challenge people to conquer their fears As an incentive, they paired it with an attractive offer: a free 2-week travel card, delivered to the home door. Fun stuff.
