Egg - Tony Hancock and Patricia Hayes crossword puzzle (1957) :30 (UK)

Tony Hancock and Patricia Hayes try to solve a crossword puzzle, they argue over eggs vs eel and pig vs pie. The fascinating part here is that eggs were rationed until 1954! Egg rationing, which was set at one egg per person per week (if available) plus one packet of dried egg per person per four weeks, ended on 4 July 1954 together with all other food rationing.
